The Urological Clinic is one of the younger full-time specialist departments of the 'Lukas', since it has been in existence since January 1, 1981. From a humble beginnings, a 49-bed clinic has developed to date, serving around 3,000 patients a year and well over 3,200 interventions be made. Since the good reputation of the clinic is known far beyond the Neuss region, numerous patients from Germany and abroad also visit the urology department. The average length of stay of the patients is 4.8 days.
